Costs of Settling Personal Grievances

I have huge respect for Erin and this article is an extremely good explanation of the legal minefield around the costs of defending against a PG and why it is often best to settle out of Court.  Any company who has received a Personal Grievance will have their own experience and indeed I spend much time trying to avoid needing to settle at all, but so often even if you do it all right, the employee still feels aggrieved.
