I help you restructure, especially where there are possible redundancies, but also for small changes to individual roles, responsibilities and working hours. I ensure that all change processes are handled legally and carefully. And I aim to minimise both the psychological impact on employees and your risk of a personal grievance. And Personal Grievances are often launched on the back of a poorly worded change proposal that casts doubt on the fairness of the process run.

As part of my advice, I build an understanding of your needs now and in the future, so that I can help you justify the change and follow an acceptable consultation-based process. I make sure I understand the specifics that you wish to achieve.
