My service ethic
I will always provide personal, customised advice, when and where it’s needed. In a situation where I believe I can’t provide effective service to you, I will refer you to a specialist, through my professional affiliate networks.
Normally my first ½-hour is free of charge, while I get to know you and understand your business and its needs and how I might help. I prefer to visit you on site and get a feel for your working environment, but am quite capable of advising you by phone or Zoom/Teams or email … and always love a coffee, if you prefer to meet in a café.
I will normally identify your needs within one or more of the key service areas, but make a point of providing my services holistically, out of concern for the whole business and both its owners and workers. Many of the needs my clients face, though, require day-to-day advice on general people management – like taking leave; managing parental leave; … I will generally be available at any time (Monday to Thursday), should this be needed.
