Defending PGs & Complaints
We provide advice and documentation in support of your defence against any Personal Grievance or formal complaint. We will draft suitable responses to lawyers and employees and, where necessary, advise on fair processes. If an independent investigation is needed, we can provide one of those through our investigations arm of the business – Independents.
We also advise you through mediation if we have been unable to resolve any issue beforehand. We can’t guarantee there will not need to be a settlement, but we will minimise the cost and inconvenience. And our processes are generally acceptable to insurance companies.
