Defending PGs & Complaints
I provide advice and documentation in support of your defence against any Personal Grievance or formal complaint. I will draft suitable responses to lawyers and employees and, where necessary, advise on fair processes. If an independent investigation is needed, I can provide one of those as well – though not if I have been involved in advising you on managing the issue giving rise to the investigation.
I also advise you through mediation if I have been unable to resolve any issue beforehand. I can’t guarantee there will not need to be a settlement, but I will minimise the cost and inconvenience. And my processes are generally acceptable to insurance companies.
