September Update

This month's Update has a primary focus on the legislation proposed by the government to reinforce basic Employment Standards.  There are a range of proposals including some very stiff penalties for individuals found not to be complying.  The Essential Update can be read here

I have until October 6 to make a submission, so please read through this and let me know if there is anything you strongly disagree with.
