Harmful Digital Communications

New legislation in this area is now in force, making it a criminal offence to post any digital communication intending to cause emotional harm.  If you are responsible for any on-line platform on which staff can post messages, you need to be aware of the responsibilities of an on-line content host.  

Strong recommendation is that you have a clear policy forbidding any harmful digital posts and a simple complaints procedure for any employee to follow if they believe they are being harmed.
