Our service ethic
We will always provide personal, customised advice, when and where it’s needed. In a situation where we believe we can’t provide effective service to you, we will refer you to a specialist, through our professional affiliate networks.
Normally our first ½-hour is free of charge, while we get to know you and understand your business and its needs. We prefer to visit you on site and get a feel for your working environment, but are quite capable of advising you by phone or Skype or email … and always love a coffee, if you prefer to meet in a café.
We will normally identify your needs within one or more of the Building Block service areas, but make a point of providing our services holistically, out of concern for the whole business and both its owners and workers. Many of the needs our clients face, though, require day-to-day advice on general people management – like taking leave; managing parental leave; … We will generally be available at any time, should this be needed.
