Do you employ a "stand alone" HR specialist? If so they will almost certainly lack experience in some aspects of HR. In order to help them deliver the best HR advice to you, our HR Consultants provide mentoring to help less experienced HR Managers or senior advisors along a growth path to effective HR management. As mentoring takes effect your HR manager/advisor should become more adept at handling problems and at meeting the real needs of the organisation and management. It is not unreasonable to expect significant efficiency gains in these areas and associated reduction in your management time in monitoring the HR function.
This service would be structured to suit, and would involve:
- our HR consultant spending regular time with individual organisation HR staff, to monitor performance goals and develop the ability of the HR professional to think strategically and deliver their own value propositions.
- while it could be designed to achieve specific goals it would more usually be more independent and driven by self-identified needs of the HR practitioner.
